Payment methods

The payment of your order can be made by the following payment methods.

Prepayment

If you pay with prepayment, you complete your order process in our shop and select "prepayment" from the payment method. After that, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and our bank details. Please transfer by entering your invoice number. As soon as we receive your payment, your goods will be shipped within the delivery times specified by us.

Payment by PayPal

To complete your payment via Paypal, you need a PayPal account. You can set this up yourself for free via PayPal. If you pay by PayPal, you complete your ordering process in our shop and select "PayPal" as the payment method. After that, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and our PayPal data. You transfer to PayPal, please stating your invoice number. As soon as we receive your payment, your goods will be shipped within the delivery times specified by us.

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY

After the ordering process, the goods you have ordered will be shipped in standard shipping within the delivery times specified by us with the shipping companies DHL,DPD, UPS or Hermes. This is usually 1-5 working days after receipt of payment. Insured shipping within Germany.

Germany:

Shipping costs: 4,95 Euro

Free shipping on orders over 50 Euro

EU:

Shipping costs: 9,90 Euro

Free shipping on orders over 120 Euro

Worldwide:

Shipping costs: 16,90 Euro

Fre shipping on orders over 150 Euro

Shipping abroad:

The shipping costs will also be displayed exactly in the shopping cart. The shipping costs are only available to you if you have something in your shopping cart.
