Explanation of the Right of Withdrawal

1. Consumer's Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lonesome Division Company, In der Eck 5, 56337 Kadenbach, Germany, E-mail: info@lonesomedc.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

You may use the above cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. You can also notify us of your withdrawal in another way, such as by e-mail or letter.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.

You will bear the costs of returning the goods unless the withdrawal is due to defects or an incorrect delivery on our part.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded, and to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
